We have established a systematic and standardized technical management system, formulating scientific service processes to solidify service quality, leading the development direction of the industry. In strict accordance with ISO 9001 quality system standards, we have developed over 500 maintenance technical documents for all 48 product series, and compiled over 600 documents for operational guidance for various levels of product maintenance, covering overhauls, partial repairs, minor repairs, and routine maintenance, etc. Furthermore, we own a proprietary NC maintenance database soft-platform containing nearly 300,000 maintenance records for over 60,000 products. This rich technical database and sharing network platform allow our global offices to share and consult information in real-time, providing intuitive insights for talent cultivation and troubleshooting.
Scope
Guangda provides comprehensive services including overhauling, maintenance, and spare parts sales for various brands and types of airport equipment, fire & rescue equipment, and mobile medical equipment. Our business scope covers more than 270 airlines and their affiliated units, as well as over 300 airports and their subsidiaries.
Capability
Guangda currently employs over 600 maintenance technicians, with engineers, technicians, and skilled workers specializing in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automotive engineering, and mechatronics accounting for 85% of the workforce. We place great importance on professional talent development, maintaining deep cooperation with major aviation technical colleges to establish dedicated classes for targeted training. Advanced testing and inspection equipment and a highly skilled inspection team guarantees capability of conducting comprehensive performance tests and environmental simulation trials for vehicles such as high/low temperature, humidity, rain, vibration, and salt spray. We emphasize the development and application of new technologies. The implementation of Internet of Vehicles and cloud platform systems enables functions such as real-time vehicle positioning, online supervision, and digital management of work orders. By introducing intelligent gateway technology, our technical engineers are able to remotely collect on-site data to perform diagnostics, significantly shortening maintenance lead times.
Inventory
Guangda has established a network of over 40 distributed warehouses across China, ensuring the immediate supply of more than 40,000 types of spare parts and providing a solid backbone for our customers. Leveraging our advanced NC soft-system and extensive database, we are able to rapidly retrieve material information and achieve efficient allocation and dispatch of components.
